Small update- alot of my sps is now gone, and I have moved about 1/4 of my rock to the sump. I also have about 85-90 pounds of new dry sand ready to put in. My 30x14" sump is now about 1/3 full of rock for my cryptic fuge and I plan to add more. I'm going with mainly natural filtration on this setup..only rock, sand and my skimmer. My goal is to have tons of sponge and feather dusters in my cryptic fuge.

Well it's taken some time but I am making progress. Only a few pieces of sps left in the tank now. The macro setup is coming along, I now have 5 mangroves, grape caulerpa, red grape caulerpa, prolifera, codium, catus caulerpa, 2-3 different halimeda species, red dictyota, flame algae, pencel cap/mermaid brush, pink galaxy, scroll algae plus a few extras. Wow, I got alot more then I thought I did. I also added a new long tentacle anemone for my GSM pair, they love it. They both can finally host the same anemone at the same time. The other ones I have are really small BTA's, they never get any bigger then about 2". It's kinda funny watching a clown only be able to push it's face into the anemone. I'll try to get some pics of the new setup posted soon.

Picturing the clown's face in the anemone got me laughing. I was going to say if you wanted to go natural to take your skimmer offline and use a turf scrubber but it would outcompete the stuff you want to keep. Cant wait to see some pics.

Wow, that looks a lot different than the last time I saw your tank. But, the anthias and the cleaner shrimp look familiar.
