Two jobs come to mind.

Junior and senior year of high school I was a waiter. Loved the job, and loved the fringe benefits even better. I'm with you Karin. Loved waiting tables.

Second best was teaching. Taught advance electronic theory and medical equipment troubleshooting and repair. Students were new and old Soldiers, and by far a deeply rewarding profession.

I've often thought of teaching as showmanship. You've got to get the attention of the student, hold it, then draw it to the topic being covered. And when they understand... Awesome job. Loved it. Would love to do it again.
