I assume that this is a glass tank...

In order to fix the tank properly, it will have to be emptied, drained and resealed. Any other fix will be only temporary. Depending on where the leak is coming from, I would consider clamping the tank using large clamps to prevent the seam from splitting more. Probably not the news you wanted to hear at 3:30 in the morning.

Christopher is spot on. I don't care for the re-sealing route since a tank that size is so easy to come by.. just look for a replacement ASAP and swap them out

Agree with above... my only caveat is to look and try to confirm where the leak is coming from. Our 210g had a leak and we were sure it was on the end, but upon closer inspection, a seal on a bulk head in back was bad. We replaced it and no more leak. The water was dripping down the back and running around the edge of the stand to leak off the end. So try to be sure, just in case it is an easy fix. Good luck.
