Youngster? Come one bill, you're only about ten or fifteen years older than me. What'd you all call it? Salt? Pepper? Cooking has really evolved since we left behind the wood burning stoves that you're familiar with.

I caught a mouse once by chasing it into the bathtub, back when I was skinny and quick. But I broke a lot of furniture.

I'm telling you a snake will rid you of those mice.

Problem is I am afraid of snakes....LOL

I bought more glue traps, a few more snapping traps and even sprung a little for the electronic trap. Hopefully it works...

I had actual RATS in my attic for a long time... I put over 30 traps all along the trails in the attic insulation along with numerous glue traps..baited with cheese... over a month and nothing but I could hear them running and knawing on things.. tried different baits in the traps and nothing... I finally sealed up every hole I could find set out many poision blocks and bait boxes and whamo!!!!! I found a couple of dead ones and removed them.. the others were in the walls and stunk kup the office for about a month... but we don't lie awake at night listening to rats chew up our house anymore

Peanut Butter on traps and those little green poison cubes work best. Put the poison in your attic, garage, back of cabinets and around the house. They will dehydrate the critters so when they die little or no smell. If that doesn't work go to Florida catch a Burmese Python that will rid your house off anything. And Allen 'cooking herbs', ...right.

I want to try the bait but I am afraid of the decomposing smell.... Btw no bites at all last night.... Might just try the bait method if nothing works over the weekend.

If you smoke, that could be why you haven't found anything in a trap yet. Wash your hands good with something that doesn't smell like flowers. Same goes for pharoah ants (sugar ants), you have to use baits with them too, otherwise if you spray, the colony will just split in two then you have double trouble.

Oh and most rat bait contains anti coagulants, so don't allow kids or pets near it.

Put something tasty in an empty 30 gallon trash can, with a ramp like board too the top. They will jump in for feed corn or whatever you use, but can not get out.
    Works in my barn.
