Emptying my tank - Rock and livestock

Hey folks,

Hate to do this, but a lack of time and a pending move means I need to shut down my tank for a bit. I'm planning to store the tank, but need to empty it out. To give perspective, the tank in the picture is a 40 Gallon stretch hex tank with sand, rock (20+ lbs, but probably closer to 30+), a few corals and a small perc and blue damsel. Unfortunately, I haven't spent as much time as I should on this lately, and it's developed a bit of an algae problem, mostly on the glass but with some on the rock, but it isn't so far where the rock is beyond saving.

I need this picked up by Saturday PM, and I'm off Blanco and Wurzbach. I prefer to move everything all together, and I'm offering it at $100. There is more than that in the tank in just the corals, or in just the rock, so this is a great deal for someone.
