I went with Apex because of what I read about them online. I dont have mine yet but from what I read they come out with modules/upgrades much faster than RK. I also wanted to be able to control it wirelessly because I know we will have a couple week long vacations coming around and I dont want to have to worry about it so the lites were out of the picture for me. I there are a TON of things that can be done(with either) like creating storms and what not but I dont plan on that, at least right away.

I should be getting mine soon so I will keep you updated.
