I have a berlin and am running 500-600gph. It skims very little and is very very think. I prefer skimming more and lighter. I have a big bio load 10 differet tangs and clowns, several cleaner, fire and coral bandits. dozen sub snails, and many elephants and turbos. Probably 80-90 varations of corals.
