Without Power

Had battery backups on the babies, but the Azoo didn't work. found a spare in the closet, but nothing on the rotis, or the babies in the fuge. Hopefully the outage is a short lived one, don't want to deal with heat issues.

sorry for the panic, yes it is back on. Thanks! was only out for about an hour. So in regards to the AZoo, why wouldn't it go into battery mode? Now that the power is back on, it has a red light indicating it is "charging" and the setting is set to come on. Would plugging it into a controller affect how it responds in an outage? It shut off, so I would think that would tell it to turn the battery on. Defective? I have a ton of the simple backups, but also realized it's hard to find stuff in the closet and under a bed in the dark too. I found one. Don't know where the others are, maybe in the shed. Too many places to look. These are the new ones, so the ones I used when I moved here I haven't found.

I have a 3500w generator just in case, my tank sits by a window so very easy to run power

Just talked with customer service, unit is defective, they are replacing.
