Old post but as always there are two sidesto every story and the truth is somewhere in the middle. The issue was an avs address mismatch via authorize.net and the fact he submitted the transaction multiple times. I remember it out of our 6000+ transactions because everything i said he said i was wrong and he yelled at me. At some point i probably yelled back since nothing i said got through. Probably not the right thing to do but it was out of frustration. I operate under the principle that the customer is always right. However, i have also learned that rarely there is customer that cannot be made happy.

All i can say, there's only 2 unhappy posts like this, which is a fraction of a tenth of a percent of all sales.

glad you got an opportunity to state how you feel and post your side of the transaction. I agree, there are always two sides.

In reply to your post; justifying one bad sale, one bad day or one bad customer claiming that all your other transactions are awesome and that my one transaction is a tenth of a percent of your sales does not do you any good in my opinion. All that did is tell me that you could care a less about my money, my order and MY experience with you because you have plenty of other business coming in.

FYI: At the time of this thread I was not yet a sponsor of this site though my opinion would still be the same I just wouldn't have posted it.

This thread should probably be closed. TB Aquatics got to post their reply and I'm a sponsor now and do not want to bicker.

Hope we can move forward TB and leave this in the past. Thanks.
