Is Anyone Else heading to Corpus Christi soon? David Villarreal (SoLiD) is purchasing our RO/DI unit and wants to see if anyone is coming down to Corpus and would be willing to bring it with them. I can have the unit delivered anywhere to meet with you for convenience. The money arrangements have already been made, so that part is done, just need to get the unit to him. He can meet you in Corpus to pick it up. The "usual" person doesn't seem to want to help us, so if there is anyone else, we would appreciate the help. We do not have a tank or any corals left, so we couldn't give you a frag or two for your help but you will receive our undying gratitude.

This is the last soccer weekend for us. Planning to head for the coast pretty soon after that. I can report back once I make hotel reservations to see if somebody is going before then.

There was no point in mentioning the "usual person" in your post, except as a dig. In any case, one does "favors" for friends, and after what you folks did to me (and, being honest, what I did in retaliation), I can't possibly see how you could have construed me as a friend.

BTW, we are not going to CC this weekend - we are going to Bandera with friends.

I'm sorry Bill; it was my suggestion. I didn't know there was an issue. Please my friends, just slow it down a little. I love you all both so please just calm down. I don't know what happened and it's none of my business. This RO transport stuff isn't a big deal. The RO/DI is not an emergency or anything. I already have a functioning RO\DI unit, I just looking for a better one. I can wait until I get up there or someone comes down here. I'm sorry to the both of you.

I recently shipped something to Corpus Christi and used Lone Star Overnight. It was remarkably cheap and arrived very promptly. I highly recommend them.

When I didn't respond to your PM you had your answer. You might recall that previously Steve filed a complaint against me and demanded that I never, ever send either of you a PM, or it would be considered harassment.

Like I said, with what you two did, I can't believe you had the gall to ask for a favor, much less expect to get one. When I take things back and forth to Corpus Christi, it's as a FAVOR - I'm not the MAAST Courier Service - and you act like it's your right to have me deliver for you.

The "usual person" chose not to do you a favor because 1) he wasn't headed to CC this weekend, and most importantly, 2) because you two have done everything you can to get me kicked out of MAAST for having the audacity to disagree with "King Steve", fight my running for the Board, fight changes to MAAST, and on and on. I cannot fathom the thought processes that would have you think I might be inclined to do a favor for either of you. The Birds never fail to surprise.
