    Default New REEF addict form CC

    Hello everyone , Robert here from Corpus Christi
    All i can say is wow never new this saltwater tank hobby could be so darn addicting. Well my adventure started out just as a saltwater tank for my 3yo daughter. Went to petco here in CC tx.asked the guy there to set me up with everything I needed for a saltwater tank.I went in there with the mindset of a goldfish in a little bowl. I had no idea what to get. Lets just say my tank has changed completely now since I discovered all the LFS here in CC and all the better toys they have to run a tank much better. Well I still have the tank from Petco. Anyways my tank has been running for about 2months now have about 40+pounds LR,corals,x2clowns,clean up crew that does a swell of a job. Now this aquarium has me hooked not my daughter Im even itching already for a bigger tank..... Anyways just thought I say hello to everyone

    Hey, Robert. Sorry you've joined the hobby, since it's gonna drain your wallet dry. I'm assuming you've checked out GC Reef. Those guys (and lady) should be a good resource for you. Of course, they are only enablers and won't help your sw addiction.

    If you have any pics, I would enjoy seeing them.
    I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.
