Default Wet Acrylic 7.5 Pico prototype build thread

We are working on a pico/nano tank to release at L*MAR this year.

Just set it up yesterday to start testing...

is the 7.5 gallons the display volume or the total volume?

Love the fuge area in the back! I would be happy with some LPS and an anemone/clown duo.

total volume but that may change before we release it, I think it would be nice to be able to fit your hand in and out of the chambers in the back. So either the entire system volume gets larger or the display gets cut into a bit.

    Rob,

Really like it dude. I'd be interested in seeing a smaller light in the fuge and seeing how that shines through.

On a reverse cycle through blue acrylic it seems that it may produce a mild blue "moonlight" from behind.

yes, it does Allan, it looks pretty cool. I'm kind of digging the transparent acrylic as the back wall...almost acts like a mini shadow box...not exactly though but it did remind me of Karin's shadow box.

We will also offer a solid black version.
