Had some wonderful customer service with them this last week. Some how l lost one of my o-rings that holds the two halves of their Beckett valve together on my Bullet-1 skimmer. I called customer service the following day and the guy said " no worries", I will put some in the mail for you. Sure enough when I checked the mail I had three o-rings, stickers, and a couple of koozies. A+ in my book!
