    After:Could never find a spot for this guy, he was always falling from the ledges... Finally think I found the right spot for him.

    and thats with two 8k or 10k... what size tank. keep in mind i have a 34 gallon with a light hood. going to be running 2 to 3 hid.. dont know yet..

    yup they seemed to really like the 14k over the 10K.... And my fixture only has 2 HIDs. Its a 110 tall and the fixture is sitting about a ft. off the water.
