$0.10 is not bad at all. I just know other places you can lock in at $0.7 for 12 months. I just didn't know deregulation didn't apply here as Bill said. My wife lived here for eight years before I took her away to Abilene two years ago. She told me CPS was the only one but I didn't want to believe her haha. That's another win for her!!!
