CPS with no choice around $.10 a KWH, Austn with a choice much higher. I thought somewhere in the $.15 a KWH? GVEC and other COOPs around here are cheaper. The problem is Natural gas is expensive. Coal and Nuclear is much cheaper. Most companies that give you a choice are private companies and must pay taxes. CPS only has to pay San Antonio. Example Bank versus Credit Union.
