you can have the acrylic pieces cut to size if you get the acrylic at allied plastics (other places may also, but i know allied does). you can also cut it yourself; i use a table saw with a fine tooth carbide tip finishing blade. as far as assembly, framing clamps and bar clamps come in handy for holding the pieces together while bonding the seams with weldon. you will need an applicator hypo to apply the weldon. btw, we are having an acrylic workshop as our meeting tomorrow, might be worth your while to attend...
