I wouldn't
I have seahorses
and I have clownfish
But not in the same tank
The clowns are in a reef tank with temps from 76 to 78 degrees
The temp in the seahorse tank needs to stay 74 degrees or below
Clowns are also very aggressive eaters and seahorses are slow. The clowns would totally out compete the ponies in my opinion.
I had Mollies in my seahorse tank for awhile. Compared to clowns mollies are very gentle. Even with that the seahorses appear much happier without having the fish bothering them.
