VORTECH MP10....WOW!!!!

Whats up everyone!

I just have to share my incredible new experience with you guys...during December, I went to hang out with the peeps at Gabes Fish store, was listening alot to people and especially Chris (StangChris) about their everlasting love for their Vortech pumps.

To remind you, I have a 40 gal cube mixed reef, and I was trying to decide on getting a mp40 cranked down hoping for bigger tank in the future or an mp10.

Well, for my birthday, December 27th, I ordered a Vortech MP10W with the ecosmart driver, and I have to tell you guys, this thing is freaking incredible...I always thought that was so much dang money for a powerhead when you can just get multiple Koralias, but it is worth the MONEY!!!!

I mean, you can set all these crazy modes, I have mine on Random (Reef Crest Mode) and it changes about every 5-10 seconds from the slowest speed all the way up to full blast and then back down again..

My coral is loving it, the cyano on my sandbed has diminished, my polyps on my SPS are fully extended and blowing like hell, and I am so excited to have this device.

Seriously, you need to look into getting one, they are so incredible!!!

I have 3 mp40s 2 are just ws and the master is an ES. They are really great.

I just upgraded my mp40w to a mp60w. I really like the extra flow with a lower operating sound. It's on my 180 and I have it set to 60%.

Glad to hear you got one! I LOOOVE my mp10, I always have to show it off to my "non-reefer" friends who come over and even they are impressed
