    Default Bad luck continues:

So I cleaned my tanks last night, not a big deal. I go to feed the fish in one tank today, and out of suprise my chainlink eel didnt come out of his burrow to feed like he always does. I got a light to see if I could see him in his burrow and no luck. I figured he just got into the media/bio balls in the back of the tank again. Again, no luck. Turns out he committed suicide and had slithered behind my dresser and died. To make matters worse, it was like he was glued to the floor and was already hard as a rock...This really sucks b/c I just lost my maroon clown I had for over 1.5 years, and then lost another fish to another eel in the other tank MINUTES after I added it...I never left sight when cleaning the tanks, and closed the lids when I walked away....but he was still fast enough to make his escape. I just need some luck to come my way now

That stinks. Happened to me a few times with Midas Blennies. Awful.

Hope things are looking up for you soon

If I ever had the money, and the right size tank I would love to get a Dragon Eel...Wicked cool eel. Banana eels look really cool too.

I saw one online recently for a bargain...only $599.99...Now I would be really upset if it got out of the tank and died.
