    Default Redneck pendant deuce

Okay, got the lumenarc III, now to build a quick pendant to hold it. I'm leaving to tennessee in the morning so I hope to get this done before COB.

The dowel that I'm holding will be the bracket which holds the blue actinic T5 ho bulb. I want to be able to rotate the lamp for viewing pleasure.

I had hoped to go lighter on the endcaps, but the particle board seems much heavier. Disregard the blood at the top, sliced a finger loading the board onto the truck.

    See ya in a few.

Almost the same design as before, but I not using the Ace method as I've not much time and incredibly lazy.

Wow, starting to look really big.

Well, it's getting heavier. I'm thinking it may be too heavy.

I'm thinking that since this the front I can get by with only one slat in the back to support the cross dowel to support the moon lights.

have you considered a different material?
Would acrylic work for MH or does it get too hot?

Probably, but then it wouldn't look much like wood, not to mention that I would have to render it opaque.

Were it not for a requirement to match the stand I would make it aluminum.
