That looks like a $70 dollar rock to me! But it does look amazing!I may have to buy some!
And how long do you think this rock will last? Do you think it would last till next weekend?

It very well may be a $70+ rock. His price is per pound. I think that is a picture from the manufacturer. I saw some of this rock recently and it does look very good.Originally Posted by Reefer4ever

The rock does look pretty porous now that you mention it. A lot of holes for eels/gobies/blennies to hide in

I think its just calcium carbonate? Maybe dead coral skeletons sand and other stuff? I'm not too sure, but I think its all natural.

It was relatively lightweight considering the size of the piece I got. But that's a big piece! Very cool. Glad to see there's more options becoming available that don't damage our reefs.
