    We are getting 180 lb's of this in on Tuesday. $8.99 lb
    Good for the environment and good looking rock for our tanks.

    That looks like a $70 dollar rock to me! But it does look amazing! I may have to buy some! lol

    And how long do you think this rock will last? Do you think it would last till next weekend?

    It very well may be a $70+ rock. His price is per pound. I think that is a picture from the manufacturer. I saw some of this rock recently and it does look very good.

    The rock does look pretty porous now that you mention it. A lot of holes for eels/gobies/blennies to hide in

    I think its just calcium carbonate? Maybe dead coral skeletons sand and other stuff? I'm not too sure, but I think its all natural.

    Dang!

    It was relatively lightweight considering the size of the piece I got. But that's a big piece! Very cool. Glad to see there's more options becoming available that don't damage our reefs.

    As a matter of fact, check youtube for videos... just keyword 'fisheads'
