Honestly, I would consider the "professional" photo shots of my tank to be more of a prize than a plaque any day!

For now, I will get going on drafting out some details. I know you and Karin have a hook we can use to lure in the volunteers for the help we will need later. I agree with you on the photos, great shots are priceless! But I love my plaque too.

Scream - great! I've got a draft form started that would identify everything we would need to know about. I'm thinking folks would have an opp to draft out their answers on their own in advance of an interview and then the interviewer could help get any clarification needed. I couldn't have possibly thought of everything I needed to tell them if I didn't have the form mostly completed before they talked with me. I would have had a lot of I don't know answers which would have been embarrassing.
