Default Water softener sale....Water Heater Sale....

Right now i have a water softener for sale. it will take care of a house with 4-5 baths an up to 6 people in the house. it will be over kill for most people but in this case bigger is not going to hurt anything

the unit comes with a one year parts and labor warranty from the MFG and 5 years parts warranty an limited lifetime on the resin and salt tanks.

Units are comparable to rainsoft, cullighan, eco the larger name brands but at a much lower cost.

normally i sell this unit installed for 1850$ at exsisting pre plumbed loop. right now i will sell this one installed at an exsisting loop for $1500.

if your intrested in a softener but not plumbed for a softener call me and we can see what it will take.

Also for the month of december water heaters gas or electric installed 675$-975$ depending on location of heater.
(price does not include install of Pressure reduceing valve if needed. if water PSI is over 80 a PRV will need to be installed to retain MFG warranty). if house needs more than one heater a package deal can be worked out.

Remember in plumbing be PROACTIVE can save you hundreds possibly thousands in out of pocket cost or insurance deductibles.....

Sweet unit, Carl hooked one up on our house and installed a pressure reg as we kept having to replace the Lowe's models about every 1-1.5 years!

I've been looking around for a big softener. What kind of control unit and resin do you use? How many cubic feet? Last one I put in had a nice Clack WS1 that I got used to. Our new house has an undersized and completely spent unit.
