Love my evo.....I use the crap out of it so I also bought the extended life battery, definitely worth it.

Love my EVO! The battery sucks though. In the process of getting an extended battery for $8 (includes shipping) from China. Same thing batteries they sell in the states just no $60 name brand on it.

    I enjoy it.

That being said..... I do think they worried too much about bells n whistles over functionality. But 90% of my phone useage is for work though, so you may not have a problem with the delay in being able to click the favorites contacts, searching for contacts, hassle of on screen keyboard, and no way to silence it without pulling the phone out and unlocking it first.... which is terribly tedious when walking in and out of courtrooms, atty offices, etc. carrying files. I was also very disapointed that it does not come with any document editing software pre installed.

I am probably the only person that thinks the battery life is great. I am also in the car a lot and have a phone charger. And my last phone (palm centro) couldn't make it through lunch without dying.

have an evo awesome phone, battery drains a bit fast but as long as you have multiple chargers you will be fine.

Its good to download {Advance Task Killer} from the market place, so your apps wont stay on.
does save battery, but what phone doesn't have battery problems lol

actually, i have read that a task killer makes the battery run out faster on android 2.2 phones because the phone automatically starts the apps back up after a short time. i dont run one on my droidx and dont have battery issues at all.
