I thought I would let everyone know about my experience with AI. I had a xpg(white) emitter dim down on me. I'm still not sure what caused the issue, it could've been a bad emitter straight from cree it's still unknown. I called AI two days ago and talked to joe, he was very helpful. I know most companies don't like the idea of customers fixing electrical stuff on there own, but after talking to him for a few minutes he asked for my mailing address and shipped out a new puck(board with 3 led's on it) and I got it today already. I give two thumbs up to AI, Joe never once asked "what did you do" or anything like that. He was very nice and understood that we can't just take a light fixture off our tanks to send in for repairs. AI is a company that stands behind their products for sure.
