one day is not very long. Give it a chance to get acclimated to your tank. Unfortunately Gonioporas are pretty difficult to keep long-term though.

What's your plans on keeping it? Have you researched it yet?

They are really nice to keep. I had a nice one for a while and I had to sell it but I kept mine under medium flow and medium to high light. I am pretty sure the color has something to do with the light requirements though. I got alot of mixed info when I researched but I do remember it taking about a week for the polyps to come out. Give it time.
