We are looking for a Network Administrator to join our IT department. This is NOT an entry level position, we heavily utilize these technologies in our day to day operations.

Duties: Assist in providing computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users.

* Set up, support and maintain Windows based servers and workstations.
* Maintain Active Directory infrastructure.
* Deploy system patches and maintain network wide system security.
* Configure and maintain Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server
* Configure and maintain Hyper-V images and clusters.
* Configure and maintain VMWARE ESXI server.
* Configure and manage system backups.
* Windows server 2003/2008 clusters
* Maintain Forefront/ISA proxy.
* Cisco switch maintenance and configuration.
* Network and system monitoring.
* Document network and system configuration changes.
* Configure, testing, development and staging environments.
* Implement new technology initiatives.
* On-call 24 x 7.
Qualifications: * Must be a team player with a positive attitude willing to help and assist users when needed.
* Strong networking background and excellent troubleshooting skills.
* 2+ years experience managing an Active Directory network.
* 2+ years experience managing Exchange.
* 2+ years experience managing switches and routers.
* Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and on-call hours.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* VB or Perl Scripting a plus.
* Linux experience a plus.
* Cisco experience preferred.
