lumpy jawfish

all of my jawfish are eating well but some of them seem to be getting a bit lumpy. I wonder if they could be ingesting some little rocks or coarse sand and be unable to eliminate that?
If you have a jawfish could you please look at it and tell me if it looks lumpy?

my orange shoulder tang sand sifts (no clue why) and he has a lumpy belly also.... i think its from the sand
