Default electronics close to my tank

I have a 75 gallon tank that is going to be sandwiched between my computer desk and my tv stand. will I have any issues with my flat screen or computer in such close proximity? We are talking maybe a foot or so in between each piece.

only if salt water gets on them, and that close its bound to happen. i still make a mess during water changes. as far as elterical interference i wouldnt know, but i have a lcd tv about 3 feet from my tank and a cable box also with no problems

I have an LCD TV within a foot of my tank, but.... it is not on the floor. I take every precaution imaginable and still ended up with water on the floor a couple of weeks ago. I would make sure all wiring does not go on the ground, TV and computer included.

If there is interference, it's because you have a bad ballast.

The other thing to be concerned about is salt spray in the air. It WILL get to your electronics eventually.
