in the month of september we are offering a free pressure check at your house. if your house preassure is over 80 it is HIGHLY recommended you install a Pressure reducing valve and expansion tank.

if house pressure is over 80 it can actually cause premature leaks and and ruptured pipes. During the month of september we can install a new PRV and expansion tank for $440.00. if you have more than one water heater expansion tanks must be installed on all heaters. additional expansion tanks installed at $100.00 per heater.
