    Default Leveling tank

So I finally have the tank level!!! The problem is I did it between the 3/4 foam and the stand. Now I am wondering if this will create pressure points? To expalin it better my stand has a pedestal, then it is the stand, then the foam and finally the tank. Should I move the shims to in between the stand and the pedestal? Right now they are between the foam and the stand. Suggestions? I need this thing running asap and want to minimize stress to the tank.

    Kevin,

Level it either between the floor and pedestal or between the pedestal and stand.

Don't put it under the foam, it won't level.

I wish yall would have said that sooner. jk

I had it like that at first but this took away the gap between the stand and pedestal so I liked the look better. Well off to take out the shims..... again. lol

I put the shims between the pedestal and the stand so I wouldnt leave imprints on the floor. Its not that bad I will see how it looks with the fuge light in there. Plumbing tomorrow then filling this weekend!

All you have to do is use black caulking to fill in the gap after the shims...

There's probably a $1000 reasons why he didn't use their stand. Besides, the tank would still need to be leveled no matter who's stand he used.

I think if it was on DSA stand it would not need any leveling unless the area he put it is hat bad..
