Default What do you do waiting at the Dr office?

Well, after so many waiting hours at the Dr office, I decided to bring my laptop to pass the time. What do most of you do? I will be here and others all day...

Mostly just trying to keep the kids from tearing the leaves off the office plants... pointing out birds, butterflies, bugs, etc to them in the Garden magazines

Well if its at a cool Doctor or Dentists office with a aquarium thats my TV while I wait.

Otherwise I just sit and do nothing.

Usually scan through a magazine, but often most of the magazines in doctor's offices seem to be geared towards women. So I tend to just stare at the floor/wall, pondering why they even schedule appointments in the first place if they don't even see you for at least a 1/2 hour to hour after your appointment time.

yeah or when you make an appointment for a small child (not easy to contain for long) and they tell you to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so that you can try to keep toddlers sitting in a chair for 60 minutes instead of the usual 45 minutes. It's not like there's even a chance you'd be taken in at your appointment time...
