    Default 5-stage ro/di

Wondering if anyone around here uses an extra stage on their ro/di filters? What's in your extra canister?

I just ordered an add-on canister from buckeye with the idea of running 2 di canisters, both with color-changing di media. But, I also say they offer a silica di mix.

I know Solid had like a 50 stage water filter system (ok maybe a little less than that) but he was dealing with chloramine in the Corpus water.

I have 3 DI canisters. They all have color changing resin. About twice a year I rotate each one up and replace the oldest. First caniser is always lost its color and the other two are always still dark.

Cool Jack. That's exactly what I was hoping I could do. I didn't think about rotating them like that. Good idea.

May add a 3rd and go with the silica cartridge from Buckeye on the last canister and color changing on the first 2.

It seems to work very well for me.
