they are both flashed to cricket with working web a picture messaging. I also got GPS working on both of these. We decided to switch to t-mobile so we no longer need them. The tour is black and has normal wear and tear. the 8330 looks new and has a custom pink housing. They are world phones so can be GSM or CDMA. A new housing for the tour costs 15 bucks online and is easy to change i do it all the time. I flash phones so if you need it on a different carrier just let me know and i will flash it for you.
