    Default GHETTO CHILLER

Ok so I will share with y'all my secret ghetto chiller.

Since we have had the baby we have been using distilled water. I have been freezing the gallon jugs with water in them and I use them daily in my tank. It may seem silly but I can use them enough to chill a 200g system with 4 halides, lol.

The point is, it's cheap effective and should not only be regarded for emergency situations!

There you go, I am ghetto.

Wow you are dedicated! I am too lazy for that. It's T5s for me and a perfect 80 degrees day and night. Maybe next year LEDs.

I just grab a jug and set it in. My controller turns the lights off if it hits 82. That has happened once. Other than that I run about 81 with my four MHs and just one jug in at a time. Some days I use three jugs though!

Now you know why I am wanting to trade a tank for a chiller, lol.

    Technically it's green.
