We develop future concepts and part of that is developing a 'picture' of proposed concepts.

Currently I labor through autodice, a type of a CAD software specific to power generation and power load balancing. The software only produces a 2D image of the proposed layout of a hospital. I recently went to school to learn MicroStation. Wow, much harder, but the results are awesome... in 2D as I've not picked up the 3D aspect nor any of the textures and stuff to make it marketable to any laymen. They're usually wire diagrams of our hospital footprint.

Anyway, I'm trying to do one of two things. I've got to be able to depict a three dimensional presentation of a tent styled hospital. I recognize that even becoming an expert in MS I would still labor many, many, hours in developing these images.

On point, my boss agrees with me. He's kind of asked that I write up a job description that will get someone in the door that can focus on rendering images on demand to visually represent our concepts.

I really have little idea of how to word something like that other than "Make pictures at different angles that look like what I think of"...

Need help, any of you out there capable of something like this? Note that I am NOT offering a job, and that being said once, and IF, the job gets advertised you can apply for it although I would NOT have any input on the actual hiring action... nor would it be a two week turn around to job announcement. Nothing around here moves with any great sense of urgency.

Any assistance in the effort to find a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, and any experts on microstation out there that may be interested it would behoove you to you pm me directly as that would be huge feather in your favor.
