hmm....I don't know it right off hand, but I have spoken to Robert, the owner of nano reef systems, several times about this skimmer and he is always more than willing to answer any questions you might have. I think his phone number is on the website if you want to check it out.

I'm trying to use it in my diy aio ad well as my bc29 when I put everything into it when I go back to school. The way I have both configured I can raise or lower the constant water height. But I want to know what height it operates at so that i might be able to use it, or if I'm better off getting the one for the bc29 for 170 shipped. Or just use my marineland 100 pro skimmer and run skimmerless in my bc

K. I work all day tomorrow, but first thing tuesday I can look at it and try to figure out how deep it needs to be.
Also, the tank is empty and just needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise it is good to go.

The skimmer looks like it needs 10" - 11" for optimal performance.
