zoas and algae
Ok so I have had some zoa and paly frags that have been growing out for close to if not 2 months now and have grown nicely. The only reason they arent for sale yet is because the 1 place aside from on my glass that algae likes to grow is on my frags. Not even the mother colony but only the frag plugs. Does anybody have any tips on how to remove this? and more importantly on how to keep it from growing back, or occuring on future frags?

It seems that the sand stone style plugs like to grow stuff easy. All I have used when needed was a old toothbrush, and it seemed to work pretty good.

look up hydrogen peroxide dip for zoos. It kills the algea and the zoos pull thru fine if done properly.
