Need my phone fixed

I have a HTC diamond for sprint and it wont start up all it shows is the windows
mobile version 6.1. it wont let me access the main menu or anything.
can someone fix it or help me out thanks

Have you tried a hard reset on it. Not just turning phone off then back on, but a full hard reset?

i tried that like 5 times and the same thing happens

It's probably bricked at this point. Is it even attempting to reload the firmware? You're doing the Power + Vol Down + Enter correct? If that's not working, it's toast. This is going to completely wipe the phone, all contacts, apps, etc will be lost if they're not on the card.

you need to download the rom and reflash it. i do it all the time.

how do u do that. i took it to sprint and they said its software problem and its there fault and i told them ok fix it.
she told me its going to me $150 to fix becuz its a smart phone can u plz send me the download link thanks

How's that for customer service, yes we jacked up our bad, but you still going to have to come out of pocket to pay for our mistake...geeze....
