acrylic will cost you around $120 for a 4' by 8' sheet of 1/4 extruded. that is what i used to build them out of. once you have an idea of the area you are working with and what you would like to include in it (skimmer, type of return pump, fuge, filter pad area, etc) then i will be glad to help you draw one out. you can also find some good plans on www.melevsreef.com, as well as some how to stuff. i will be glad to give you some pointers about building as well.
