Percnon gibbesi can grow up to 3" (including legs). They are great reef-safe algae eaters/scavangers. There are occasional reports of this species acting agressively to tiny fish and small crabs if underfed but I've never observed this behavior personally and have kept them in tanks as small as 10 ten gallons for years.
