Default My first saltwater tank! Yay!

Hi everyone. I am new to all this but super excited. I have a 36g bowfront and have had it for about 3 months. So far all my levels are great. I love reading everyones blogs and I can't wait to get familiar with all the terms everyone uses. Its a lot. I love my tank so much, I have to considering my husband swore I'd never be able to do anything like this again. He's bummed he can't enjoy it as much as me since he's depolyed right now. I can't wait to have an amazing tank and look forward to having beautiful corals like you guys.

Welcome to MAAST. Great introduction. Bowfronts are still one of my favorite types of tanks. So.....3 months, I guess you have cycled and have started adding fish and coral? What's your plans with the tank?

It will be great when your husband gets back because you will have a fully stocked tank and he'll want another one or an upgrade!

Right now I have two ocellaris clownfish, a yellow tang, a seahorse ( a gift from my sis). I also have a sandsifter and a horseshoe crab. He is so crazy looking and he just molted and looks huge! I've got four feather dusters. I love them so much. As far as corals I only have a small rock of yellows polyps and a good size about 6x4 of green zoas. I also have some live rock and sand. Everone is doing great even the seahorse! Though my yellow tang seems to be a bully to the feather dusters. As far as plans I just want it to look awesome and colorful! I already wish I had originally bought a bigger tank! I'll post pics soon.

Congratulations and welcome to maast Sam, and thank you for your support to our country by way of your deployed husband. I know it's not easy.

Can't wait to see the pictures!
