Get multimeter. Put it on voltage. Place the negative probe in the ground of an outlet and the positive in your tank. All mag pumps - internal or external will add voltage to your system. You can test each item by plugging and unplugging. At some point they add up to where you can feel it.

A grounding plrobe between the pumps and your tank (sump) will keep it from getting to your livestock.
