Last Sat los tejanos, Angelo and I went to Cedar Park to visit with DannyV and afterwards meet up with Hamp at Austin Aquadome. As we were leaving AA, we went thru some water run-off water from the rain that am. My car engine light came on and the car would spit and spudder each time it tried to shift gears....to make a long story shorter, we limped home. Well most husbands that have this happen to wife's car....blah, blah...you know the drill.


Well Kevin offered to take a look see and put it on his little looker/see-er and with his mecho-technical ability diagnosed the problem and for the first time in my tenured life, it was something under $100.

That was nice of you Kevin. Maybe you can help me sneak a super charger onto my G35 LOL.

It's always nice to have an honest mechanic. I had a really good and honest mechanic when I had my Z but he went to work for via :( .

Grats. Honest mechanic are hard to come by. I had a problem with the master cylinder giving out at the worst times (Ford........ of course). I kept getting told I would have to replace three things and pay hundreds of dollars...... my mechanic replaced the broken bolt and good as new LOL.
