I will be selling tonight to the people who come over. After tonight, I have someone who is interested in buying what's left as a whole. If that doesn't work out, I will make a list with prices, but again, doing this as a cash and carry due to some past experiences.

I will have lots of sand available. Probably 2-3 5 gallon buckets full. I'll sell the buckets of sand for $20 each.

Will be starting a new thread on equipment once tank is empty.
