Unfortunately that'd mean going to actually *buy* one of those, however I've managed to (with the assistance of txmike) plumb the pump into the brute, and I think that'd be fine for a few daysOriginally Posted by corruption
If you've not got another pump laying around, no harm in plumbing the brute as you state... but if you've got a powerhead or two laying around, I'd just go with that. You can just toss them into the Brute, loose, and let them push water around freely. Other than a pump, heater, and occasional water change, everything should be just fine
