Here is the way we normally do group orders, or any orders really.
Email us your list at customerservice@midwestfrags.com , I will confirm that we have that coral and work up a total price including discount. We accept payments through PayPal. I can send you a PayPal invoice if you need me to. You will pay us directly. This keeps the group order leader from having to keep track of how much, who paid etc.
Almost all communication is done through email. If you need to call, that's ok -- I have a day job and it's a little difficult at times.
I will accumulate the orders on an Excel spreadsheet and update Eve every few days. In the shipment there will be an invoice for each order and each container will be marked with the individuals name and coral type, so that there is no confusion about what a coral is and who the owner is.
Trust me, we have butchered some large orders in the past and believe you can't be "too" organized.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Also be aware that if you want to order a custom polyp count (don't see what you want in WYSIWYG) please do so early in the group order. We will want to give them enough time to heal before shipping. We will be adding new items to the WYSIWYG section -- possibly -- later today.
