Thread: Test fire of the "bay to bay" overflow

Default Test fire of the "bay to bay" overflow

Since this tank is going in a wall with two sides viewable, I didn't want to go with a "coast to coast" along the lenth of the tank, so I tried it on the side. Amazing how silent this thing is once the full siphon tube takes over. WoW

Now if could just get this dang thing upstairs...lol.

Oh yeah, I got a little hungry while drilling holes, so I took a break and caught dinner from the backyard.

That's what I call fast food!

Are all three of those drains? I was thinking of doing something like that with my set up>

One is a full siphon drain, the middle one takes care of the small amount of overflow the siphon doesn't use. (but once the water level reaches the flex tubing, it becomes a full siphon also). The end drain with the 90 facing up is just a fail safe just in case one of the other tubes gets clogged and can't keep up.

I got this from BeanAnimal from another board. I'll put his link up if I can.
